Hello...there are many that will support 4 gigs of ram, Any AMD2 socket 240 pin board. What form factor board to you want, thats the size? Micro ATX being the smallest up to extended ATX. Do you want a Nvida chipset or AMD based? Some of the boards are AMD 3 ready...meaning you can upgrade the CPU. The case you are installing the board in will be the determining factor for the board size. I will list a few motherboards for you for example.

Asus M3N78 PRO Motherboard
XFX GeForce 8200 Motherboard
Asus M3A78-CM Motherboard
EVGA nForce 730a Motherboard
MSI K9N2 Diamond Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H Motherboard
Biostar TA790GX XE 128M Motherboard

These are just a few, but will give you a place to start.
If your thinking about future upgrades, the AMD 790 chipset is the ticket...price for performance it can't be beat.
Note: if you are running windows XP it will not reckonise 4gigs of memory...3.3 is the limit. Vista 64 bit more.
Hope this helps and answers your question.

This board should have everything you want and be ready for a 45nm architecture when you decide to upgrade your processor.

Hardware upgrade required for autocad 2009

Your existing CPU will not work with that motherboard. The AM2+/AM2 processor slot is for AMD processors only. For this motherboard, you will need one of the following processors: Phenom FX / Phenom / Athlon 64 FX / Athlon 64 X2
