Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
Our tv is about 5 yrs old. It has about 8-10 lines on the top portion of the screen. They seem to be increasing with time. It started out with just a couple of lines and now there are 8-10. Its shows on every channel.
This is a problem with a aging of the television tuner section of the television. the line you are seeing are noise lines on the scan rate. This could be minor component aging and failure. Or it could be problems with the television tuner itself. Loss of tolerances. The problem should be looked at by a service center where they will have all the service information to work on the television. You can call Insignia customer support at this telephone number 1-877-467-4289. Or visit the customer support section on their website. www.insignia-products.com. Give them the model number of the television and they should be able to tell you where to take or ship your television for servicing. I hope this information helps you with your problem.
