Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone
Out of no where, my BB Bold (9000)decided to not allow any service/reception. It does not catch Rogers signal, and although it says Bluetooth and Wi-fi are on, they do not work. Rogers gives the run-around when error-displaying e-mails to "trouble-shoot". I have tried removing everything, syncing to my computer with Blackberry desktop manager--cannot detect it in that program. I have had this phone for 3 months, and this just happened out of the blue. Any idea why? Thanks. P.S. Yes, I went through all the manage connection stuff, and it is on automatic, not manual, etc etc.
Reset the phone by turning it off and taking out the battery for 10 seconds. This fixes many blackberry problems. If this doesn't help then you should probably contact your service provider.
