Hi
On the remote, press the SETUP button (top row, third button) to access the menu. Then move the arrow to the right to choose the VIDEO option and press ENTER. Then move the arrows to the VIDEO OUTPUT option and choose the YCbCr option!
however the output of this neat little DVD player is standard NTSC for North American type television sets, thus when it encounters a PAL DVD, it converts the video to NTSC ON-THE-FLY. It can be made to play DVD's from ANY region with just a few keypresses on the remote .
CUSTOM REGION CODE IS SET AS FOLLOWS: THIS METHOD WORKS FOR THE CH-DVD 300, CH-DVD 300S, AND CH-DVD 320
1. Switch player on, making sure that there's no disc in the tray.
2. Close tray.
3. Using the remote control, key in the following: MENU, 1, 9.
4. A menu will appear with the region option near the bottom of the screen.
5. Press ENTER, enter the desired region (0=REGION FREE )AND PRESS ENTER again to save the desired region.
6. Press OPEN/CLOSE.

hope this will help u
regards

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Try going into player's menu, and set video out or TV type to NTSC.
It might have switched to PAL, or disc is PAL and player is set to any.
