Presumably this is a wiring problem, for one of two reasons. If you look at the RCA plug that you use to hook into your stereo, you will see two black bands on it - one band for each signal - left or right. If there isn't a good connection, often you won't get sound in both earpieces. First try inserting the plug into your equipment part way, or rotating it carefully, to see if you can get both ears working. If that doesn't work, then the problem is either the wire for whatever ear is not working, not being connected properly at the RCA plug itself, or at the ear in question. You can unscrew the plastic cover on the RCA plug to see the wiring connection. But if the connection is bad at the actual earpiece, I would suggest returning the headphones, rather than taking them apart. Good luck.
This is coud be a result of the metal stick underneath the analog being loose and there is no real solution to this. You can try to take it apart and trying to secure the metal rod that comes out where the analog is by hitting it down more but this usually happens after wear and some good beatings but is not a major problem.
magus, Is the "audio cable" connected to the back of the W19B monitor? Are any ear "buds" plugged into the front of monitor??
Can you hear music coming out of the "mint green" audio connector on pc if you plug-in a set of "ear-buds" to the pc?

They give only one year warranty. But these devices are not so complicated.
Have the right handy guy a look at it. You know anybody on the block?
Else you have to go to a repair shop. Diagnozing her from here is undo-able.
And still not fixed over there. I think it is a small thing.
If you are confident with opening up the mixer, do so, and check the ribbon cable which goes from the effects switch board to the main PCB in the middle of the unit. Check it is secure and hasn't come loose with movement or vibration. If it is all secure, and still not working, you will need to send it for repair to your local service centre / tech friend :)
