SOURCE: Carl lewis treadmill

I also have this problem. I rang Carl Lewis Support and they said to check the connections on the circuit board (Located in the floor panel next to the motor). If the treadmill had recently been moved something may have been dislodged. I checked mine and found a few loose wires and plugged them fully back in but this didn't help my treadmill. I'm awaiting a response from an e-mail i sent them now.

SOURCE: The machine keeps saying E02.It

There are only a few manufacturers of treadmills and they put a bunch of diffierent brand names on them. The E02 error is most likely a "no power to motor" error. Open it up and make sure the electical connectors to the motor are firmly attached. Hopefully this the problem and it is easily solved.

If it is more than just the wire attachement, it might be the fuse for the motor or, a bad motor control panel (this would be the most expensive option and likely not worth replacing. Look for a glass fuse (glass tube with metal on each end) and see if it is bad. The elevation motor might have a separate fuse so look for both.

Good luck

Why does my t210 treadmill stop and then come up error e02?

Hi this is due to the treadmill's belt speed loss.

This happens if the motor is faulty or if the belt is stopped suddenly due to too much weight on it or misuse.

I would have the motor checked if I were you.

Sierra motorized treadmill with e2 code error

E02" You may not have enough voltage going to the machine. Turn the machine off and on
again at the switch at the rear of the treadmill. If this does not fix the problem you may have lower board problem see the diagrams attached and fix it.

It keeps beeping and the speed display has e02 in it

hi,
first of all check the speed sensor of ur treadmill. u can see it near the motor pulley . clean it and re fix it. and then try again. if the problem remains, there will be problem with ur motor driving card. may be the motor driving igbt have some problem. be sure to take proper care before doing any thing in the motor driving card, chances to get electric shock. replace the igbt if found faulty. also check its gate driving transistors also.
ok
