Question about Netflix
Finally got to watch "Showboat" this evening and couldn't watch it all the way through because it froze up after about an hour. The disc appears to have a crack at the edge of it. I put a post-it note on the disc envelope in the hopes that it will not be sent to another Netflix customer. But I could not sign on to your site. Virginia Erickson
Since you were able to post this question, you obviously managed to sign on to the FixYa site.
If you can't sign on to Netflix, point your web browser at http://www.netflix.com then click the "Click here" following "Need help signing in?"

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I am assuming you are residing in the US. Providing that and that you have an internet connection, you're pretty much set up. Make sure your browser is up to date and will work with Microsoft Silverlight (most modern web browsers do). Sign up for the service or start your free trial. What else do you need to go with netflix? Popcorn maybe?
