You didn't mentioned what kind of tracks. If the tracks you mean by songs then it is very simple or if you mean by software then I have to say E 250 doesn't support ant software. But support Java (tm) games.

You should try taking the battery out. if you unscrew the for screws on the back there will be a battery just take that out and put it back in this should delete everything if it doesnt then i dont know. dont worry about takeing it apart your only takeing the back off to where the battery is. just like your cell phone.
You must have the automatic synchronization option checked - go to www.microsoft.com and enter "windows media player manual sync" as your search term - it will give you click-by-click instructions with pictures on how to disable the automatic synchronization; it will also, give you pictures on how to sync a song.
i'm having this problem too. what i think is happening is you took the song off the player. However, the it is not completly off of the player. i.e. song info still on their. song name, artist, album ect. i just took everything off of my player. it says 1/467 songs on their but all say bad track. thats the problem now about that solution, i'm looking into it. but ya if you have any problems. hit me up at email@example.com or MXRIDER007R on aim.
I did not get the "Swtich to Recovery mode" screen, my screen was stuck on "Bad Track." I formatted the drive (which deleted EVERYTHING), and then i put the songs back on, and it works just fine. Try this, it might help.
i'm having a similar problem. every time i sync new music my computer tells me its on, but the tracks aren't on the player. it also refreshes every time i turn it on, which takes forever amd is getting really annoying. could this have something to do with my new microSD card?
