check the temperature inside of the freezer and if its colder then 17 degrees then you have to thzaw out the line that dumps the water into the ice maker.
Water fill tube above I/M is probably frozen up. Remove I/M and see. If so, use spray bottle to melt out ice. Unplug and replug in ref when done to reset ice level sensor or it still won't work. If no ice blockage then I/M is bad and needs replacing.
The evap fan motor most likely is running loud due to a ice build up around the fan and the fan blade is hitting it and making a loud , irriting noise. Shut the ref off. If you are mechanical, remove the draw and the back cover, clear out the ice. Also, the ice may have been caused because the sensors-- thermistors--- are not located properly. look at the ceiling of the freezer and you see a small holder piece. the part is located there. tahke the cover off and take the thermistor that may be buried in the ceiling and pull it down and locate it in the holder, reinstall the holder. Not also, there is another one in the ref section to do the same thing
Either your water tank in the fridge froze up, the waterline that goes up the freezer door from the bottom hinge froze, or the switch that your glass hits is damaged. Do you hear any humming or noises when you put your glass up to get water?
