Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 200 Printer

Prints are fading with each use

I have a Bizhub 200 where the prints are getting lighter and lighter after each use. My toner bottle is half full and I have already replaced the drum? Is ther something I specifically need to remember when changing the drum or is the poblem somewhere else?

Hi. i have bizhub 350. my problem is the toner hopper is not spinning/rotating. hv already changed the developer,the toner replenishing box and the drum assy, whole unit. what seems to be my problem here....


Sir, the toner bottle motor assy. needs to be replaced. will take quite a bit of work to get to, recommended a service tech qualified on Biz hub 350. This series is well known for the toner bottle assy. fault as is the di3510 series prior to the Bizhub 200/300 series.

Faded printing


Clean the toner roller blades

Shows you the problem & how to fix it. There's a metal blade on the edge of each toner roller which can get clogged with small bits of toner & prevent even distribution. Clean the blade with a lolly stick & put it back together.

I tried this with CLP 320 cartridge - same principle but can be messy because the cartridge is full of toner powder.

try shaking the toner bottle up, then putting it back in.

Put in new toner into KonicaMinoltaBizhub200,says exchange toner


Machine is still saying to exchange toner because toner is not feeding into the machine. to supply the toner always do this, 1-insert the new toner bottle in the toner section and close the cover. 2-Press "Utility/Counter" Button. 3-click on "USER CHOICE" or "USER SETTING" 4-click on "Toner Supply" 5-Toner bottle will start moving and hence the error message will not appear again.

Samsung 315 black color fades after 200 of 250 prints


remove the toner cartridge from printer and shake it well and insert it back and see the result of print

Page is printed but fade


The toner cartridge is faulty. It is possible that when you pulled out the strip that the whole thing didn't come out. Return the cartridge (with a couple of printed sheets to demonstrate printing) and the receipt and you should get a replacement.
