Hobart undercounter high temp dishwasher not heating water
SOURCE: rinse not hot enough
145 degree is just your hot water temp and that your dishwasher hot water booster is not working assuming that this machine has worked in the past to produce final rinse water above 180 degrees. Remove the bottom panel and to the right you will see the booster tank, look for a nickel size component with a small red button on it. Try pushing on it to reset it. If that does not work, check for voltage at your heating element on your booster tank. (the thicker wires) If voltage is present then your heating elements need replacing.

Assuming that the machine fill cycle works properly and the float is intact, and the heater contactor doesnt pull in:
possible heater contactor malfunction: check for power to coil
High limit snap thermostat may be tripped or damaged ( needs to be manually reset). located in heater connection cover.
Thermistor probe and or wiring to it may be damaged
main control board may not be functioning properly. check output to heater curcuit
SOURCE: Hobart WM-ID dishwasher doesn't heat water enough to clean dishes
The WM-1D does not have any internal heating devices. You have to supply the machine with the proper water temp. It has two fill valves, one for wash and one for rinse. It should have 150F supplied to the wash fill valve and 180F to the rinse fill valve.
