Question about Bowflex TreadClimber TC5500

When I go into a user profile, it freezes up and I have to turn the machine off and back on to use. I have use the quick start to use it. how can I fix this?

Try to re-calibrate unit. Also there may be settings already in unit. Clear all settings and reset to factory settings.

User profile cannot be loaded


If you have an alternate profile on the machine, you can log in with that account and then find the folder with your profile and rename add ".old" to the end of it. When you log back in it will rebuild your profile and you can retrieve your data from the broken profile.

If you cannot access the profiles folder with another user account you will have to either use a Live Linux distribution or attach the hard drive to another device.

On Windows XP user profiles are located under C:\Documents and Settings\%profilename%

In Windows Vista/7/8 they are located under C:\Users\%profilename%

Where it says %profilename% you will need to change the corrupt profile and add .old to the end of it

USER PROFILE WILL NOT LOAD


This is way too vague a problem description to be able to even make a suggestion.

What kind of Laptop?
What operating system?
Any problems getting to the login screen?
Are you able to log in, but not load the profile; or not log in at all?
Is this after starting a machine that was off, after logging off and back on, or when trying to switch users?
Are you logging on with a local account or a domain/network account?
How many profiles are on the PC?
How much space is available on the HDD?
Does it load a temporary profile, or just error-out?

How to set temperature on GE Profile PSS26NGPA WW?


Press and hold temp up button then press quick freeze button at the same time, your temp settings will be displayed on display for fridge and freezer, fridge temp is + and freezer -, cycle by pressing quick freeze, set temps by up and down temp buttons, once done, push vacation button. your temps are now set, turn the unit off for 2 mins the turn on. reaction is now set and normal. regards Russ

GE side by side Profile Performance.. water freezes on the floor


hmmm could be a really bad defrost problem but we will most likely find that the drain is plugged..... i recommend taking the food out and turning the machine off overnight if you can

Icons freezing after computer starts up


I think your account might be corrupt, and should probably be deleted. I would highly recommend backing up your data to an external hard drive or create a temporary folder on your C drive, then create a new user account through the control panel. Once this is done, log off of the current account, login to the new account. Locate the icon titled My Computer. Right-click the icon and choose Properties. Look for the tab titled Advanced- click it. Midway down under User Profiles there should be a button titled Settings- click it. IN the list that populates with the user accounts (profiles) stored on your machine, highlight the account that you were just previously logged into (the original account that you were experiencing problems with). Once the old account name is selected, choose the button titled delete. Now, you can restart and log back in. This should put you back at a ready state. It will also resolve your problem if spyware was to blame for your inital problems. Let me know.

Ge profile front load washing machine demo mode


I called General Electric and this is the solution:


unplug the machine for 2 to 3 minutes.

Plug it back in the wall

Do not put the power back on.

Open the door

Press the start/pause button 5-6 times

The display will say demo exiting...

This works. Also don't forget to remove the shipping bolts before starting your washing machine!!

Ice maker tube freezing up


  • change the water valve on the back of the machine.
  •  the water valve is slowly leaking water up to the icemaker where it freezes and builds up ice, blocking the water flow.
