1990 BMW 735i: oil in the coolant reservoir

If your car is an automatic there would be lines from the transmission to the rad to cool the transmision fluid. Over time the lines inside the rad have been known to corrode and start leaking. This would put oil in your coolant. You would be looking for small steel lines going in and out that would trace back to the transmission. Hope this helps.

SO start up the front and radiator where ithe pipe starts and run your finger down the pipe slowly and you will find where it starts getting wet and the leak will be above it somewere....

Need to find the low line on the 2002 ford focus in order to put coolant in. where is it?

on the coolant recovery tank, use a flashlight it's hard to see. after you find it, use a permant type marker and put a line on it so it's easier to see in the future.
