Error Oxd0620230 Reset Power - Flashing on Printer Screen. Printer will not print. I have restarted printer and PC and re-installed CD.

  • rhonda445 May 19, 2009

Followed your directions to the letter, but unfortunately, it did not work. The hp5610 officejet All-In-One was purchased 10/08 and was an out-of-stock item, so I got a great deal on it - only $70! Now it looks like I'll have to buy another. This is a medical office, where we transcribe doctor's progress notes, fax, scan and copy, so I like the all-in-one. Thanks anyway.

Zebra GK420t flashing red after every print

It sounds like you have tried all the right things and are on the right track.

(You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group in order to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completing this procedure)

here are a couple of simple suggestions to try for a quick fix

Try this...
Rollback or update your driver
Click on Start, open Printers and Faxes then push the F1 key on your key board.
This will open the Help and Support Center.
Now type in drivers in the search bar, this should bring up most of the information you need to update your printer drivers.

Not getting anywhere...
Try this... Unplug the printer and any other additional device connected to your PC.
Check that you have the original installation CD for the printer, then
Uninstall all the printer software

Restart your PC and DO NOT plug the printer back in yet.
Install the printers software from the CD.
It should get to a stage in the installation and ask you to plug the printer in, do this now. after that just follow the instructions on the screen and you should be up and printing again.
You may need to restart your computer after installation is complete, its OK to leave the CD in the player (unless you are instructed to remove it) and leave the printer plugged in at this stage.

There are a lot of variables, other options and other ways of doing this, so if you have the patience keep reading up on it and trying different things.
good luck

HP5610 all in one, error message oxd0620230, reset power. I reset power, but it will not print, starts printing then I get the same message again.

This happens to me when my kids try to print something and it gets stuck in the print log and I can't delete it...I am not a cpu guru by any means, but I found these steps easy to do and it works....
    1. control panel>admin tools>services> right click on Print spooler in list> press stop (leave this window open).
    2. go to Cdrive>windows>system32>spool>printers>select all>delete
    3. go back to print spooler in list from #1 and right click start
    4. restart computer

There is almost always a "flash" off the page that the kids tried to print that "hangs" up the printer. I hope this helps.

Printer has red lights permanently on when powered up

if they were initially flashing fast there is a fatal error and a repair is needed, but always try a re install first. Go to printers and faxes folder and go to your Epson C88 printer icon, right click on it and select cancel all documents or prints, then select uninstall, to remove the printer. Uninstall driver from add/remove programmes, turn off and remove printer from usb port and restart pc. Install the drivers and software again from the cdrom and when prompted to connect printer, switch it on but connect to a different usb port if possible and allow windows to detect and install. If the lights are still steady red or flashing fast, then the printer is faulty.
