What is the ideal blood pressure for a male at the age of 75

Any adult person should ideally have a B/P around 120/78. HOWEVER, it can be common for an older person to be as high as 100 plus their age. (ie: 175/x)

In EMS, high B/P begins about 140 Systolic. (Systolic is the upper number. Diastolic is the lower number.)

Most B/P medications work mostly to control the Systolic, but the
lower number is also more important than most realize. When the Diastolic B/P gets over 90, the body may not be getting "perfusion" efficiently. Perfusion is where the body exchanges wastes for
nutrients in the blood by means of the capillaries. In other words,
the body is just not doing a good job of 'feeding itself' and getting rid of the toxins in the blood.

Watch your blood pressure, and see a doctor if it is running high.
You should check with your doctor at least twice each year.

My partner 50 year old male discovered a round shape lump on his back just below his shoulder blade not painful should I be worried?

PLease note that I am bnot a doctor b ut any lump should be checked by a doctor as soon as possible. Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing but early discovery is vital and improves greatly chance of recovery if it is something bad. Sorry if this causes you to worry, but make him go to doctors.

I'm not a doctor, nor am I providing medical advice, but you have seriously low blood pressure. I would recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible. You may also be dehydrated according to this website:

I have a Nordic track EXP 1000 the only keys that work are the start button and 1 mph. Other than that nothing else works. Not sure if it is the controller or the council. Any suggestions?

I had the problem years ago and I contacted NorcTrack and their solution was to replace the entire console for about $400. They wouldn't replace the pads or anything else, all they would do is sell me the new console. That was not going to happen since I had only had the thing for about 5 years at the time. I wasn't going to be putting that kind of money into that treadmill every 5 years or so.

I tried many things and I finally decided to buy a new console pad from the Treadmill Doctor. I think it was around $100. It was easy to replace. I just removed the screws holding the console cover in place, unplugged the wires leading to the lower console pad and pulled it off. The new pad fit exactly into the space the old pad occupied, I plugged it in and it worked. It's still working about 6 years later. I use this treadmill daily without any problems. It's not anywhere near as nice as the new units I see out there today, but it does what it's supposed to do and that's all I need.

The Treadmill Doctor has all the parts you need for this machine at a reasonable price. Much cheaper than Nordic Track.

99 fatboy stator output

Disconnect the stator plug from the regulator. Have your meter in Volts AC. Start the bike and watch the meter readings. typical output is 25 volts AC per 1000 rpm. So at 1000 rpm it should read around 25 VAC. At 2000 rpm it should read around 50 VAC. and finally 3000 rpm should produce around 75 VAC. Could be a little lower which is common.

What is the recommend amount of calcium per day and how should one take it?

The recommended amount of calcium per day depends on the age of the person. For example, teenagers (14-18 years old) should consume about 1300 mg of calcium, while adults (19-50) should consume about 1000 mg per day. It is recommended to take a dose of 500 mg each time, not more.
