Try removing the hard drive and connecting it to ab USN hard drive adapter, then plug this USB adapter and hard drive into the USB port of a working computer.
If this computer can see this as an external storage device and if you are lucky you can open the various folders and files then you can back up your data.
I think this hard drive has failed completely, there are companies that can recover data from faulty hard drives BUT it will cose you an arm and a leg for their services.
