Question about Olympus E-520 Digital Camera with 14-42mm and 40-150mm lenses
Took a few photos with camera now wont turn on at all had charged batterie before use
Remove the battery and charge it again. If you only can make just a few shots with the battery and it stops again, think of buying a new battery. Special when you have not used the camera for a long time, the second and third charge can be better. If not the battery is on its end of life.

SOURCE: Wont turn on
your all in trouble.. im on my third one..a pro surfer/shaper... you must wast it completly with fresh water immediatly after leaving the sea.. the chrome corrodes within hourd and allows the seals to leak. also sand etc gets stuck in the lense door...

You have a bad lens. Unless the camera is in warranty the cost of repairing the lens is higher than the value of your camera. The strange noise you hear is the lens motor trying to move the lens. One solution is to blow compressed air around the lens. Sometimes dust and dirt may jam the lens.

Hi there i can 't get your these word." camera charger is blue, used battery and new,". Please let me know the battery is new or or its old? If its old then the battery life is finished. Thats why he can't store the power.

SOURCE: the charger red light kept
Welcome to FixYa.
Red light indicates that the battery is charging. The light will goes off to inform you the charging is complete. Possible that the battery was alreay damaged since you left it charging overnight. Charging time is approximately 5 hours only.
I suggest that you have to replace your battery with a new one.
Feel free to send us your suggestion or comments if this solution was helpful.
Thank you for using FixYa.
