Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My Designjet 755CM was not recognizing yellow cartridge cleaned contacts, purchased new cartridge then was saying install color cartridges. Finally got it to go to calibration. When finished error message 070000 00000001 came up then after a couple of minutes that went away then got error message 010060 trying pushing the enter key as stated on HP site that would do nothing. Finally walked away came back to printer in about 30 minutes and printer had powered off. Please advise what this error message means and how to correct. Arleen
There is no mention of a fuse in the index.
I just read the manual and the SYSTEM ERROR 010060 is a Primer Motor sensor problem, Sensor might be bad, motor might not be turning, cable could have failed, or main PCA might be bad.
I uploaded the manual for you, here is the link:

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
