Testimonial: "I already checked this solution on ur site but it's not helpful in our case. I do not find an exclamation mark. Instead when I see the network adapter general properties , the status shows the device is working fine. But in task bar it shows adapter not found"

Cant find network adapter

If the network adapter isn't being found in Device Manager (assuming you are running a Windows machine) you should turn off the computer, re-seat the adapter and turn it back on. You might also want to try a different PCI slot if that still doesn't work.
After it shows you should install the software or drivers it came with. You can also visit http://acer.com to download them if you do not have the disc available.

The network adapters dont even show up in the device manager, where can i download the drivers?

  1. If the network adapter isn't showing up in the Device Manager, even as an Unknown Device, then the Network adapter may be faulty.
  2. Try removing the Network adapter, restart the computer, then shut down the computer after the restart.
  3. Now reinstall the adapter with the computer off.
  4. Once the Network card is reinstalled, turn the computer on. Check the Device Manager for your Network Adapter.
  5. The computer should detect the card and ask you for drivers. If it doesn't, that means it either automatically found the drivers and installed them, or your network adapter has died.

ECS p4m800pro m2 Onboard Network Adapter does not show up in windows

Try disabling the network adapter in the bios and removing any network adapter in device manager in Windows
Then reboot
Windows so it thinks there is no network adapter.
Then
Reboot into bios and re-anable the onboard network adapter.
Then see if windows detects the network adapter now that it is enabled.
