can any one help me out?

i cant connect my device to pc

active sync is not able to detect my device i hav tried everything like restarting pc restarting device plz help

I have the same problem.

Not able to connect my JAQ3 device to my PC. It is not recognising and shows a big cross with error written on it. I am using windows Vista and trying to connect though Windows Mobile Device Center.. Have tried evry possible thing but not able to connect.. Please help me if anyone can...

also stop firewall and it wil connect ,or try activesync 4.0, kcmakwana@rediffmail.com

Check Activesync settings if USB connection is enabled.

Activesync > File > Connection settings > Check "Allow USB Connection"
