The phone has frozen. you may need to reset the software to get it running again. But you might loose your data if you flash the phone. I hope you don't have a problem with the screen. sometimes too, when the memory space is filled up, it freezes up. Take out the battery for some hours and try again. if it does not resume, then you may have to flash the phone to reset it to factory setting. Cheers!
