Question about Washing Machines
The machine starts but after a minute or so the f11 error comes up, lights flash and then the door unlocks as though the cycle has completed, which it has not. I have checked the filter, none of the pipes are kinked and there are no blockages.
The F11 error means that the motor control can't communicate with the washer's CCU (central control unit or clock). Thus, it can't determine the drum rotation speed or any required information. You need to check the wiring, wiring harness or connectors for damage at the motor and the CCU. (A single broken wire at any point in the wiring could cause the fault.) You should also check that the motor drive system for damaged or worn parts. If those are fine, then the MCU (motor control unit), motor or the CCU could be bad.
I hope this helps. If your washer is still under warranty, you may want to contact the manufacturer.

My stupid duet washer flashes an F 26 code, when this happens it's totaly out of commission until we call a repair person to come and reset it. Does anyone know the process to remove this code so I can finish doing my laundry. Also as a side note, this code is not listed anywhere in the manual nor on any sites. Could I be the only person having this code?

The F11 error occurs when the central control and motor control don't talk to each other.
If one of the controls was actually bad then I'd expect to see the error code every cycle. If it does, start by checking all the wiring connections from the panel to the CCU. Post back your results.
