Question about Samsung Dishwashers
Dishwasher has stopped mid cycle and will only restart when water pooled in bottom is cooled down. Then it actually drains and starts the process over again, then stops mid cycle with hot water pooling again. So, back to square one. Power is still available to the machine. No physical blockages. Error code is bE, Button Error, which is supposed to be a functional problem, but Samsung manual does not identify what the functional problem is. Please give me possible options and course of action to address it myself. Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem with my machine - ie lots of water coming out front about two thirds of the way through the cycle - engineer (local and very reliable) knew as soon as he came in that I had started bying Powerball 5 dishwasher tablets - they produce too much foam (try opening the door during the cycle and see the amount of foam) and it therefore comes out of the overflow parts on the door. I tried Magnum 5 and got the same problem. Now I stick to either Asda's own basic (not the 5) or I buy the Magnum ones and cut them in half. Has never leaked since!

Since water doesn't drain out ,it could be a clogged in the drain line. Often the problem is at the point where the drain line attaches to the garbage disposer or household drain line. You should remove this line and clear it form any debris in the hose or the hose connection. Be sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher again. Good luck!

SOURCE: Dishwasher stops mid cycle
Do the foll. things:
1)Check if there is water on the bottom pan. Remove the panel down on the backside of the machine and look. If it's water there, wipe it well up with a towel or so. 2)if ur dishwasher doesn't starts then: First, check the usual suspects: Make sure the circuit breaker isn’t tripped and that the wires at dishwasher’s power junction box aren’t burnt. If all that checks out, then go right to the control panel area.
Asko dishwashers have had problems with the wiring in the control panel area burning or melting– very messy. While your problem may not be as dramatic as that, the problem may still be visible. You may find burnt or discolored wire terminals or the spades on the start button switch may be burnt– anything burnt or discolored has to be replaced. You can buy any replacement parts you need right here.

Hi. The above machine stops mid cycle and drain/fill light is on, also
error code F3E, have cleaned both hot and cold water inlet filters, also
checked drain pump and drain line, all ok. Machine drains with no
issues and fills with hot water, runs for a while then shuts down.
