Hi,

Most likely to be a problem with the A motor either faulty/burnt out or the motor drive cog is slipping or has come off.

Kind regards, julian.

SOURCE: The tail rotor on my

It seems tail motor is not working.
S107 knows to come with faulty tail motor.

If you open pilot cabin, you should see blue and red (or green and red) wire. See if they are welded on the motherboard.
If they are, then tail rotor is not working properly.

SOURCE: syma s107 hit a dangling string that got tied up instantly and seized the rotors. now lights up but blades don't spin when throttled. What can I do besides replace the helicopter?

I was flying my syma s800g and hit the ceiling fan chain. When I attempted to fly it would spin and fall over. The problem was I broke the two small plastic pins on the top rotor holder. Ordered a new top rotor and flies fine. Then on my s107 I flew into a door and the top rotor had zero spin although the motors worked. In that case the screw that sets the top rotor onto the middle shaft loosened resulting in no lift and also tilted and fell over. This was fixed by securing the set screw properly. So in both instances it was similar effects due to the top rotors not spinning in sync with lower blades.

World Tech Saturn-X - spins, rudder trim doesn't help

I know what the problem is, i had the same issue right out of the box. if you take the cover off the front you will find the battery. on the bottom of the battery is a 2-sided sticky tape to hold it in place, on that tape the is probably a pulled wire. theres red blue black and white (as well as a thicker red and black that lead to the battery. find the wire that is pulled and solder it to the correct part. for me it was the white cable which controlled the top blades. the helicopter spins because both set of blades should counter rotate and if one of the motors isnt getting power from pulled cable the helicopter will spin and flip. Hope this helped. email me at thedew312@gmail.com if you need more help finding where the wires connect

Saturn-x 2ch ir helicopter won't turn on

In my case (after a few crashes on Christmas morning) the bottom rotor stopped working, causing the copter to spin around on the ground uncontrolably. I traced the problem to a broken wire which is supposed to connect the motor to the PC board. There are four power wires, two for each motor. The front motor which powers the lower rotor has two wires, black and white. The upper motor is powered by the rear motor which has red and blue power leads. They are all supposed to be connected to four solder connector points laid out in a square pattern at the front, starboard corner of the PC board. In my case the black wire broke at the solder point on the PC board. I don't have a solder gun fine enough or hands steady enough to re-solder the connection so I will be looking for some electronics guy to fix this for me. It should only take a few minutes for someone who does this regularly and we will be airborne again!
Hope this helps.

the top blade should not spin unless the main rotors are turning as this gives the copter forward and sideways movment it should be secured with a small grub screw to the main shaft

My helicopter won't take off, it just spins in circles clockwise until it falls over. It's a 4 channel RC helicopter with gyroscope.

This issue is the "Drive Gear Unit" It is the small gear just above the motors which is attached to the very large gear. You will have seen several posts indicating that sometimes this gear shifts and does not engage the larger gear. In my case I looked and say that it was indeed trying to engage the larger gear, however the gear is stripped (the teeth are nearly gone). The sound that you are hearing is the sound of the gear slipping against the Bigger gear. I have a UJ365 which is a newer model. To my disappointment I cannot find a "Drive Gear Unit" anywhere on line. The copter will not function without it. This issue is that it takes the lift of both rotors to lift the copter into the air. There are two motors (one for each rotor) and each motor has one of these drive gear units. Each of these attach to the larger gears which turn the rotors. The rotors each turn in the opposite direction. This is what keeps the copter from continually turning in one direction. When one of the "main Gear Units" becomes damaged it seems to have three noticeable effects. (1) There is a noise that is the gear grinding against the bigger gear. (2) Because many of the teeth are stripped the drive gear engages the bigger bear only some of the time, this causes the rotor to turn slower and in-turn causes there not to be enough lift from the rotors to lift the copter. And finally (3), someone noted that copter wants to spin in one direction. Understanding the above, you can now understand that if one of the rotors is not reaching its full potential to turn, it is also not reaching its full potential to counter act the other fully functioning rotor. Thus the fully functioning rotor is forcing the copter to spin in its direction and the malfunctioning rotor is not spinning fast enough to stop the spin.

So this is the answer to your questions, hopefully on the older models there will be parts available for you to replace it. The copter cannot work until the part is replaced.

Stealth flyer ii bottom propellor wont rotate. any help on how to fix

Ya, I've got that problem too. I note that the bottom rotor spins without turning the gear inside the copter (I can hear the gear when I turn the top rotor. So I'm thinking that maybe the rotors plastic sleeve was glued to the shaft and that came loose. But I'm a little hesitant to put glue in there until I'm sure!
