Hold down Alt and Ctrl keys and click the + key. That should toggle the Fn number keys on or off.

Can only certain alpha keys

I would try cleaning your keyboard. If you are gentle you can remove the F10 key and check that they is no dirt underneath. Check other keys near the F10 key in case others have the same problem. I know that a sugary Cola spillage on a keyboard really sticks things up. In that case it was easiest to get a new keyboard.

Alpha keyboard not working

if usb keyboard and local keyboard aren't working i'd check to see if you have a fuction key pressed that disables you from using the keyboard, try restarting, if it solves the issue it was a FN key if not, problems deeper and you may want to look at hardware diagnostics

How do you solve log problems on your calculator

I have no idea what type of log problems you want to solve. It does help to know what you have in mind. To type in the log function log(, you have two ways:
1. Use the keyboard to type it in on the command line APLHA L, ALPHA o, ALPHA g followed by opening parenthesis. Or if you can LOCK the alpha keyboard, lock it and press the keys corresponding to the letters l, o, and g.
2. Press [Diamond key] [7]
The last trick works on the TI92 and TI Voyage 200 PLT which have a full fledged keyboard. Try it anyway, if that does not work you can still use the ALPHA keyboard.

Certain key (The A,B,N, Enter and right hand Shift keys will now work. Any fixes for this problem? Toshiba says it's a motherboard problem. I'm thinking it's not.

It shouldnt be a Motherboard problem. You may need to take apart the keyboard and clean it or it may be need to be replaced all together but the keyboard is separate from the Motherboard.

Utilize the numLK button located in the upper right area of the keyboard. Depending on the layout, you may need to press it in conjunction with the Fn or Shift key.
