The written solution, similar to what is in the manual does not work!

I will unplug the thing while I am out for a while. This isn't the best solution, since I will need to re-program the machine afterword and will lose some messaged I'd rather keep.

    Thanks,

    Ron

I'll get back to you - this type of service seems like a reat idea.

The listed instructions didn't work - multiple times.

I've unplugged the power cord and the battery back-uo and left it off for over two hours.

I tried reset several times and nothing works. I seems like the last time reset was finally successful. Now nothing.

I am gi to buy a different phone - this phone has several issues that I don't like, so it's now for sale cheap! $200.00

You attempts at solution provided no relief.

One last attempt. My Panasonic KT-TG 4500 has a full memory and will not record incoming calls anymore. I have tried the tactics listed below, to no avail.

If yoy have another idea, let me know - I'll try it.

this doesn't delete the exist messages in the full mailbox.

nothing that anyone has suggested yet has worked yet -- they are all variations on what the manual says.

If anyone has a new solution, I'll be happy to give it a try.

Try taking the batteries out from the phone and or the station, and unplug it, make sure it has no power. Most of these phones memory gets reset / emptied when the power goes out completely.

there is a battery in the back of the station.
Can not clear full message - aa37812.jpg

let it be at least a hour without power, Also if that doesn't solve the problem - there is a reset button in the bottom. try pressing it and then check if the messages are still there, if they are try another reset this time hold the button down longer at least 30 seconds.

if the problem is still not solved follow these steps exactly, they should get rid of the messages.

those are the official steps on how to clear out the messages, it should work, if it doesn't then what happens? do you hear the confirmation sound? did you select all the boxes?. I think you will need to take the phone to a dealer for testing, I'm sure they will find you the fault / fix it.

What does a boken dialling tone on my phone mean? It is all working fine and there are no warning messages on the display.

Usually broken dial tone means the line has call-forward set. You get broken tone for 3 or 4 seconds, then goes back to normal. Are you receiving incoming calls normally? It's common to set or cancel 'cause the code might kinda match a number you use. And it may be forwarded to nowhere, example, you dial 729-1111, but press 72#-1111. You might be forwarded to 1111, the code being 72#. The 1111 goes nowhere, someone calls you, calls gets forwarded, then they get a message"that number does not exist". If that's the code for your area, then 73# might be the cancel code. Check the front of the original phone book, or Google codes for your service provider.

Why does my land line phone display "new voicemail" when there are none?

You apparently have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

The message memory is clear bt i can't reply massage

Check all your drafts and saved messages. If any clear them. Also clean your outbox or sent items. Change settings from sim storage to phone storage. You can do this by going to message settings > memory in use> and so on.. again depending on your phone.

Hi what are the zip files for?

Basicly, your PDA has these kinds of storage areas:

1. Main Storage (Where windows is) 3. Storage Card (2GB in your case)
If your main storage area is full, your PDA will start to show up messages that your memory is full. In this case, if your personal zip files, or other files are in your main storage area, you can transfer them to your Storage Card (cut & paste) using the file explorer in the start menu to free up some space in your Main Storage area. But be carefull while doing this process, because some files are needed to stay in the main storage area for the windows to function properly. So you should consider only transfering personal data like notes, pictures, etc..
