Your going to have to pay someone to do this for you. There is no way to teach someone how to assemble an entire laptop online.

Installing internal dell m90 smart card reader

You have to take apart a good portion of the laptop to reach the Smart Card Reader spot. You need to turn off the computer, unplug the AC power and remove the battery first. Make sure that you are grounded to the computer. Then remove your optical drive and the hinge cover. Next you remove the mini-card antennas either from the mini-card or their secure spot, display assembly, the keyboard and the palm rest. Then you can reach the screw for the smart card reader and the place on the motherboard where the smart card reader connects.
The full set of steps and pictures is available from the Dell support site, http://www.dell.com/support/Manuals/us/en/19/product/precision-m90 . See the Workstation Service Manual. The direct link to the English version is ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_precision_mobile/precision-m90_service%20manual_en-us.pdf . There are multiple pages you need to follow.
I hope this helps.

I want to paint the outside case and the touch pad, how do I remove these?

You have to completely disassemble the laptop

1) Remove ALL power to the Notebook.

2) Follow Anti-Static Precautions

3) Remove the Display Assembly.
Disassemble the Display Assembly, until you just have the Top Cover in your hand. (Gateway term = LCD Assembly Lid )

2) Remove the Ram Memory, Wireless Card, Harddrive, Optical Drive, Keyboard Cover, Keyboard, Palm Rest, and remove the motherboard.

{ Advise using an ESD wrist strap connected to a good ground source.
Average cost is around $3 to $6.
I connect, for example, to an unpainted surface, of the metal frame of an open, empty desktop computer case.

Use a mutli-compartment container for the various screws you will remove.
Label each compartment for the area the screw/s come out of.

If no multi-compartment container is available, you can substitute with a clean egg carton. Label each egg holder.

SOME screws look VERY similar to other screws.
DO NOT mix them up! }

Hi.

Toshiba don't supply service manuals for their laptops. I'm afraid that it is trial and error. You will have to disassemble the laptop without a manual but take note of where all the screws are located. There could be hidden screws also so please take your time.

Sorry I couldn't be of anymore help.

I have dell inspiron 1525 laptop , i am recently facing the problem that laptop hinges are shaking 5 to 10 mm front and back . other than this everything hardware and software are fine

the hinges screw into the laptop case. They've probably come loose through normal wear. You'll have to open the laptop case and tighten the hinge mounting screws. View or download the service manual at the following link:
http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1525/en/index.htm

The service manual will show you how to disassemble the laptop so you can get to the hinge mounting screws. Look under "Display"-->"Display Assembly" in the manual.

YIKES!
The most likely scenario which does not assume permanent damage to your system is that there is an electrical short somewhere. Most of the time I have run across this problem, it has been to incorrectly placed or missing screws.
Laptops are a game of precision layering. You need to get a SERVICE manual (not the User manual) for this model at:

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1420/en/SM/SM.zip
Remove all power (A/C and battery) from the machine and make sure you are grounded. Follow the service manual paying special attention to the screw locations and order of assembly. Also, make sure any ribbon cables or wires are securely and properly connected. Retrace your steps and reassemble the machine and try again.
NOTE: You can clean your heat sink and fan without disassembling your computer. Aside from compressed air, mini-vacuums specialized for laptop computers are available for under $10.00. There are also instructions online for how to you a traditional vacuum to safely clean your laptop are available online. If you must disassemble your laptop, make sure you have patience, a complete set of tools and an accurate Service Manual for that model.
Please leave me some feedback. I sure hope this helps FixYa and any others with similar issues.

PSU connector on the mainboard

Not sure about that brand but the normal process for removing the back on a lappy is:
Remove all screws on the bottom.
Remove all covers and cards and put them safe
Remove battery rom and hard disk
Remove panel above keyboard and screen hinge bracket cover if any
Remove keyboard
Remove any screws from under keyboard that hold chassis
Remove screen bracket screws and connectors from screen.
Remove screen off chassis.
Remove any visible connectors that will get in the way when case is separated.
Separate case making sure no cables are caught.
Remove screws holding in motherboard
Remove motherboard
Turn over and resolder joints on the bottom of connector if plastic is in order.
Reverse the procedure for assembly.
Its not a very easy repair an experienced tech will take about an hour maybe a little longer to do it.
If your memory isnt great take photos along the way, makes for easier assembly.
Good luck

Gateway 7510GX CPU Fan noise

If this is a brand new laptop it would be still under warranty.
I suggest returning it to the supplier for repair under warranty because if you attempt to repair it you could void your warranty.
You should only attempt repairs after the warranty has expired.
