The phone is to slow for the video or the memory is full and that causes the phone to "buffer" which turns off the video stream while it downloads more video data to display.

Windows Vista's AutoPlay options are a great improvement over Windows XP in terms of flexibility, but unfortunately there are so many options that it can be confusing, especially since there's no specific mention of USB Flash drives in the options. Open your Control Panel, and then click on "Play CDs or other media automatically" to open the AutoPlay dialog. Disable AutoPlay Globally. The quickest way to disable AutoPlay entirely is to just uncheck the box for "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices", which should usually work.

It wont pop up in the computer when i connected.

Some mp3 players, such as ipods, require a 2.0 usb connection. Most ports on the front of computers are only 1.1 and this is not even enough power to charge some mp3 players, such as an ipod.

A. Have you tried connecting the mp3 player to a different port?
B. Have you installed any software/drivers that may have come with the mp3 player on a cd? Most software is available for download if you have lost a cd or the mp3 player did not come with one. Most mp3 players do not require software to access and load music.

Drive dont start up when I put a disc in

If by that you mean that the optical unit doesn't spin and its icon from My Computer doesn't changes to the one of the disk that you put in then the unit is dead, replace it, it can't be fixed.
If by that you mean that the disk doesn't start playing what's on it when you put it in then maybe its Autoplay has been disabled . It's a safety feature that Windows has been getting lately. It should be left like that.
To play whatever is on that disk just open it in My Computer and launch it.
If you really want the Autoplay back then follow this

MAXTOR 320 AUTOPLAY Problem

Another way to disable autoplay in XP (don't know if this works in other versions of Windows) is to click Start -> Run -> type "msconfig" -> click the Services tab -> and uncheck the selection called "Shell Hardware Detection". This will disable autoplay for not only all of your CD-ROM drives, but any other form of removable media (ie memory cards from your digital camera).

My computer does not have a AutoPlay feature in it so I can insert and run my Cd-ROM PC games. It must have come with one but I can't find it.

Enabling AutoPlay on a data and audio CD (Windows XP)
  1. Open My Computer or Explorer
  2. Highlight the CD-ROM drive, right-click the CD-ROM drive and click properties.
  3. Click the AutoPlay tab. Within this section you will be able to specify all Windows AutoPlay features.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe
