Question about Behringer U-CONTROL UMX61 Keyboard
When i play a few keys like for a drum riff or bass line i want to store them in the midi so i can play them back without havin to play live. so it would be like they are looping. then i can play about with other synths rythms etc while the drum riff will be playing over and over. or even when i get a good drum riff then i can record it in to cubase sx on my pc.the manual doesnt tell you how to do this please help. cheers

SOURCE: Behringer amp
Hello pare ko.
EP2500 is a pro amp, manufacturer says that. Notorious to me.
Got 5 of these for repair. Clip is of course cause by too much
signal from source. If the amp is still clipped or on protect even w/out
signal in, time to open and do repairs inside. usually a MOSFET
inside P50N06 (50V-60A) is kaput. or MJE15033G and MJE15032G.
Now if blowing main Fuse, main txistor 2SA1943/2SC5200 maybe gone.
Read carefully the setting of your dip switches setting at the back.
This amp can drive 750 watts/ch@4 ohms.
Good Luck From Siliconchip

When you open Cubase you MUST open a new project.
Then select 24 track audio for example... unless yoou are doing MIDI record and playback.
Then open up a mixer panel and select a channel to read or connect to a file.
There are too many options to describe and the "says its ready to go " is not enough information to know where you are.
You may have to imprt files or record music... Don't forget to select a track on the display of tracks.

The sounds do NOT come out of that keyboard. That keyboard emits MIDI digital signals that are sent to a device that genrates the sounds. That can be a sound module such as fopr instance an Emu Proteus which generates audio... OR a computer that has MIDI input and a suitable sound generating software like Ableton or even using the built in voicing in compouter sound cards (general MIDI).

Check the internal wiring. There may be a loose connnection and this is VERY hazardous to you amp !!!
These may also have a self reseting fuse and that MAY be damaged.
You should discover the problem when you open up the unit.
