I'm having the same problem. Chances are it is not an error with your Wii console like everyone else is suggesting. The new Disney Infinity game is a dual layer disk that uses a lot of memory. It's a known issue that earlier versions of the Wii console may have difficulties reading this disk. The game manufacturer suggests updating your Wii firmware, and that solution has helped some people. However, it has not helped all. I had to throw this game out as it's rendered unusable for many Wii users.
it wont go away because their is a mechanical problem and or problem with oil change [ not enough oil wrong filter etc ] will need to have vehicle scanned for the fault code to determine the problem most auto stores offer this service for free
just use old sand bags to keep it down or where there is the hole for water fill it with sand, or use rope and cinderblocks to keep it anchored to the ground, if you wand you can probably use a drill and bolt it to the ground a local hardware shop will have all the supplies you will need
