My refrigerator is located in a fold garage ... A whitish liquid is leaking from the bottom of it ... Any idea what could be wrong

What you're seeing may be the oil in the system if the refrigerant system has failed leaked out - which I suspect it has.

Refrigerators do not work well in cold areas, as when the fridge's interior is cold and the compressor shuts off, the ambient temperature causes the refrigerant gas to turn to a liquid and return to the compressor. When the temperature inside the fridge rises enough to turn the compressor on - it fails catastrophically as a compressor can only compress a gas, not a liquid.

Leaking yellow fluid

Dog or cat peed on it. Or liquid is coming from washer. There is no liquid in a dryer to leak out.

Screen leaking sticky liquid

Yes...the liquid is toxic. LCD solution can be highly toxic and ought not be touched. I would definitely put it somewhere where your cats can't get close to it, and bring it to a repair shop.

I think my cooling unit is shot, but about the same time of my fridge going out I had what seemed like a water leak. It was in a closet no where near any water lines, but on the same side of the closet...

These RV fridges are filled with ammonia, sounds like your unit has a leak, You should remove your fridge and possibly get it repaired , refilled and tested, or find a used one, These units are a few $$$$.

There is no blue fluid in a refrigerator.
Something external or a add on is causing the blue fluid.

Something leaking from dispenser frame

You can remove the frame around the dispenser by pulling it gently and then you access to the screws that hold the dispenser in place. Could be a spillage behind the frame. Good Luck.
