Probably mis adjusted cut off valve... not something we recommend doing as it could lead to catastrophic failure

The pressure switch needs adjusting or replaced. The power cord is attached to this switch. There is an adjustment screw under the cover.

At night its shuts down when the therm is satisfied, but trys to restart right away and when it does start it shuts down right away and just keeps doing this

The thermostat has a differential built into the temperature sensing operation. The differential is normally a degree or more. If the stat shuts down at 72 degrees it should not start the unit again until the temperature in the room reaches 73. If the AC runs and cools properly until it shuts down, I would check the thermostat. The AC can not restart immediately after it shuts off because the pressures in the system are too high at the compressor. It takes a few minutes for the pressures equalize allowing the compressor to start. If the stat tells the unit to start under high pressure, the compressor will shut down on overload. It will start and run after the pressure falls enough for the compressor motor to run.

Kobalt gravity spray gun and I have a little air that comes out constantly. Why is that and how do I stop it? Thanks

You must be using a "turbin" which is different and better than a compressor however a turbin runs all the time and air must escape from it unlike a compressor with an airtank the shuts off after the desired pressure is reached it shuts it self off then turns back on with tank pressure drops below what you have set it at- a turbin reaches the pressure you set the regulater at and maintains it constantly NEVER STOP THE AIR FROM PASSING THRU IT in fact a lot of times i do this to remove any dust i may have missed so evrything is working like it should on yr sprayrig..

Washer runs great for about 3-4 min than shuts down. Motor runs as long as I do not ingage the nozzle.

Recently I have a similar problem, with a easy solution, just don't push the accelerator nob all the way, leave a 1/4 before reach full power. Apparently some times there is a bad calibration an make the carburetor over flow and lost power.

Compressor never shuts off pressure goes to between 100 and 110psi. when switch is turned off holds pressure for long time

Hi

The pressure swich needs to be ajusted while compressor is running so you can get preesure in tank up to approx 145psi to 150psi, at which point compressor should cutoff, un till it reachs its minimal tank pressure, at which point the compressor should restart.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Senco air compressor pumps up..when it reaches full pressure it shuts off and then something under the electronic box opens and discharges all of the air.

That is the safety relief valve which means it has gone bad or you need to turn back the high pressure setting about 5 t0 10 psi. When this happens again there should be a small pin in the middle of it that has a metal ring through it. When it goes off push on that pin and if the air coming out stops or shuts off then you need to turn back the psi if not the valve needs replaced.

Whirlpool utlra care II clothes washer shuts off when filling - push knob in and pull out it starts again - once full it completes remaings cycles

Hi, the water-level switch regulates your washer's fill volume. This switch is usually a diaphragm device with a small, clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level in the tub increases, the pressure on the air in the tube increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, it activates the switch, shuts off the water, and signals the timer to begin the agitate cycle. If the switch is defective, it may prematurely signal the water to shut off. If so, you probably need to replace the water-level switch.

Fuel pump

Hello, the fuel pump operates off the oil pressure switch the first 5 seconds upon starting. to test turn the key to the on position and listen for the fuel pump running. it does this to prime the pressure up and to stat the engine
if not heard replace the oil switch. the way this operates is when the engine reaches full oil pressure the computer shuts off the oil switch and turns on the fuel pump relay to continued the circuit to the pump.

Thanks
