Question about Lamaze Indigo Stroller - Grey/Black
I bought the stroller and the wheels never worked properly from the beginning they get stuck sideways on tile floors. it is irritating seeing as my baby is only 6lbs
Somehow it may have been damaged. I slammed the car door on the stroller, and ever since then this problem would occur. Or it could also be that the stroller is pretty cheap and does not support the weight of your child. It just may be time to switch the baby to forward facing, if you have your baby facing you that is. I called the number and they sent me new wheels. Since it was still under guarantee. Problem solved. Hope this helped. (decided to add the following). They will ask you when you purchased the stroller, the stroller has a manufacturing serial number (which they try to go by). The serial number on the stroller contains the date the stroller was manufactured. So to their benefit they want to go by that date. And not by the date of purchase. So be careful they don't twist you.
