Check that it has a charge - if possible stick it on a wall charger for an hour.
Press and HOLD the power switch in the ON position for a slow count of 25.
Keep it pressed in - ignore any beeps or flashes.
Now put ti down and drink a cup of tea.
Now tap the power button On as normal, all should be cool.
