Problem for Aiwa XD-DV170 Portable DVD Player without Screen
Does not power on
when connected to power should show OFF in the lcd, but doesn't. this problem has happened since new. if you leave connected and powered on it will eventually start, i have previously resoldered psu area of pcb but this long delay still happened, power adaptor is ok and 10v is on pcb. when it does start it works fine.
