Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

RCA tablet troubleshooting. Our RCA tablet will not turn on. It has been charging but the screen is completely blank. We have attempted several times to restart the tablet. Any suggestions

RCA are cheaply made entry level tablets. Try this though. Hold the Volume Up button and the Power button for 15 seconds. If that doesn't bring it back to life, take it back and get your money back. The brand leaders are Acer, Samsung and Apple iPad.

Blank Screen

The bad thing about this is that it could be a software related issue or a hardware issue. If you're willing, you can disassemble the unit and check for a damaged or loose connector to the monitor. If there doesn't appear to be any issues there it may well be that the screen has gone bad or there is something wrong with the driver/setting on the unit itself that is causing the screen to saty off. I'd move forward with the hardware issue first though.
