We can not help you, we do not even know what membership? You are at the wrong place, you sent your question to the world and the world answered : We can not help you. Go to where you are supposed to be at and ask them to cancel your membership we can't do anything about it.
What you did when you posted this question, was basically the same as going to your neighbor and asking him or her to cancel your membership. I'm sure they would be very confused.
