Question about Netflix

1 Answer

We have a new smart tv with the netflix option and 3D option. our 3D seems to work on television like a football game, but when we try to choose a 3D movie from netflix, a window appears that says "we're having trouble playing this right now, try later" or the film starts and then just freezes. when it freezes, the 3D seems to be working on the still image but the movies don't play.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i get captions for netflix streaming on samsung series 7 tv?

Is your Netflix being streamed from a box, or is the app built in to your TV. Either way, you would have to go into the user menu of the Netflix app for closed captioning. Not the TV menu. Hope fully this has helped. Try this link. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/372

Find the Aspect ratio button on the TV remote. Press it a number of times to cycle through the options. Stop when the picture is the shape you want.

Have a read of your TV manual. Stuff like this is detailed in there.

How to streamline movies from Netflix to Mitsubishi

If your 60 inch TV is a "smart TV", you need to go to setup and enter your router's identification number. If it is not a "smart TV" you need to add a streaming media box (such as Roku or similar product) or "smart DVD" player with Wi-Fi feature to your system.
