Question about Panasonic KX-T7431 Corded Phone
We have a KX-T7433 and a KX-T7431 phone in our office. We also have two incoming lines. We are trying to program our phones so that when one person is on the KX-T7433 line, and we receive additional calls, they will roll over to be picked up by the KX-T7431 line.
We have been able to roll them over, and we can see the phone "ring" on our 2nd line. However, we cannot program it to be able to actually hear the phone ring.
Consequently, the only way we know the 2nd line is ringing is if we happen to see the light flashing on the 2nd line.
What programming do we need to do to make this 2nd line RING when the first line is busy?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I don't know if you've got this sorted yet or if you're still looking for a solution. If you are still looking, try the following:
From the phone the calls currently ring at, try dialling:
7102, followed by the new extension number you want the calls to ring at. You should hear a confirmation tone and then you should be sorted.
To cancel this and go back to normal, at the original phone dial 7100.
Let me know if this works! :)

SOURCE: Incoming Call not Ringing
Either call line 3 first, or make your phone ring :-)
What might be the easiest is to swap modular plugs in the back room between 2 and 5. That way, you get your old extension back and everything will work as it did.
If you can't do that, then you're going to have to do some system programming to turn on the ringing on your phone. If you have a TA series system, you should be able to do it from either the PC or a phone connected to jack $1. If you have another model, you should have a system manual on how do make programming changes.

SOURCE: Ring tones on KX-T7433
Wow, this is your lucky day :-)
From each phone, press PROGRAM 99 and the INTERCOM or CO buttons TWICE, then dial 1-8 and STORE. (default is 2). You can now make each line and intercom different, or each phone (up to 8) different. After you finish with each phone, just pick up and drop the handset back into the cradle to end programming.
The feature is called Ringing Tone Selection.
