let the battery die. hook it up via usb and reflash it using sansa firmware updater. it will erase everyting but at least it will start working again.

first you must dowload limewire it is free or frostwire then put in you cable cord from the computer to the mp3 then got to my computer then it should say philiips E click that then got make a folder named music click that there should be nothing then dowload your music from limewire or frostwire then when it says 100% you drag it to your folder it should have a plus sign as you drag it over then let go last you ROCK OUT TO YOUR MUSIC!!!!!

Save the music file to your My Music, then drag an drop them into My Computer > Removable Disk :_
