Question about Xerox WorkCentre M20i All-In-One Laser Printer

1 Answer

My Xerox Workcentre Pro C2128 has started printing images 1.5mm small than they should be. This is a critical measurement as we are an Artwork Studio and we need absolute accuracy. Is there a setting I can change to put this right?

You can go into the driver and set the magnification.
But I am going to be honest. Xerox will tell you that is within specifications.
But go to the driver and try adjusting the size there.

HOW TO RESET ERROR CODE 04-562

Not a copier guy here BUT came up with this
1) From here
http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xerox/43094-error-04-562-workcenter-pro-c3545-print.html
It sounds like 'Image Belt Transfer' whatever that is.
'you can enter in serice mode on this model only with laptop and xerox wcp diagnostic navigator'
2) from Zerox here. http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-pro-c2128-c2636-c3545/support/enus.html click on fault code search , put in code.and......
'Needs further customer support.'

Sounds like a 'belt' inside the machine broken or faulty.
Hope this assists you.

Xerox workcentre c2128 When i put paper in bypass tray, sensor dosnot detect this paper

You must manually define the papersize and orientaion of bypass tray at the printer console or printer driver.
Then print bypass tray (e.g. Tray6 on our Xerox).
