Automatic shutdown most of the time my cell phone is getting shut down i dont know why but it gets shutdown then i went to customer care and they return me after 9 days and told that this error will not be back again but after 25 days it came back and get auto shut down ...so plz help me with this problem

I too have been experiencing problems. Replaced the battery but it happened again. The battery says it is at almost 100% capacity however several times in the day, when I go to turn it on it doesn't respond. I end up taking the battery out and then have to connect it to a charger (USB) so that the charging light blinks red once and then turns off. I can then put in the battery again and it will start up again. If I don't connect it to the charger cable to drain (get the red light to flash once), and try just putting back in the battery, I've noticed that the screen has a faint glow as though it was on but the screen is completely blank. I'm starting to think that there must be a short circuit somewhere because I'm going to assume that the new battery is good.

Can't reactivate cell phone


The solution is very simple, if you CC is not activated soon, go to the service provider customer care and tell them the problem. Asked them that till your CC issue is not resolved you shall pay manually and they shall open your services with in a matter of minutes. first try with another battery, still have problem your memory card should be formatted on pc, still have problem go to service center and get your phone software upgraded.

My nokia n97 mini is sometime phone automaticaly shutdown and restarting.

There is a problem with the phone that is why it automatically shuts down and restart.
This is mostly caused by a virus. It might have been contracted by file transfers of different kind.
Either through bluetooth file transfers, file downloads, transfers from laptops and pc etc.

The solution is for you to turn of the phone for a while lets say for about 30 minutes, then you turn it on back. If it does the same, then you can flash the phone with the appropriate software and cable.

After doing this, the phone will be in good condition once again.

TIPS: When a phone gets to work for a very long period of time without getting any break or rest, it will start to malfunction. So as man needs rest after a long time of work so also does any machine to.

I entered the wrong password into my girlfriends phone to many times. So the phone went directly to password blocked enter PUK code to continue and i really feel guilty for snooping on her phone and i dont...


PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider cangive
it nobody else in this world nor any software.

If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.

enter wrong code for nearly 10 to 15 times...now call ur customer care and get the PUK number for ur number... after entering the wrong number it automatically asks u the PUK number...enter the number you got from the customer care...ur phone ll be unlocked......

enter wrong password for 15 to 20 times...ur mobile ll be locked and PUK number ll be asked...now call ur customer care from another mobile and get the PUK nummber...it s to be noted that PUK number can be got thro automatic voice recording in ur customer care number.....now enter the PUK number in ur mobile....... Ur mobile ll be unlocked.....

I CAN'T UNLOCK MY PHONE


You will be asked for the PUK code if you attempt with wrong PIN code for 3 times.

You can get the PUK code by calling the customer care of your network operator.

Customer care people may ask you some Security questions like your Phone number,address,DOB to verify don't be surprised be sure to answer it, then note down the PUK number,then insert the PUK number into your cell and get it unlocked.

If problem persists then get me back.

Go to charge it turns off and doesn't turn on again


Kyocera K10 Chronic Problem. It Shuts Off Unintentionally, Automatically.

There is an inherent problem in the K10 cell phone and VirginMobile knows it. They will automatically shut off several times a day at random intervals.

They will send a 'refurbished' replacement free of charge. Most of these are phones customers sent back for the same problem. They give it a quick test and then send it along as a replacement to the next customer.

After the third ( that's right, count 'em, THREE) replacement phones, they finally sent me an Kyocera Oyster phone as a replacement.

I had my original phone 2 years before the problem began. I read somewhere that it is a virus afflicting the K10. Virgin Mobile will not officially acknowledge th problem but their some of thier customer service reps will. Have this problem? Contact VM.
