Question about Toshiba Satellite A35-S159 Notebook
I replaced the cpu with a compatible processor that was labeled to work in my laptop. Now when it comes up, it starts to run, then the screen & text gets heavily distorted. It does start out like everything is fine, but will not fully boot up. Does this sound like I need to run the reboot disc to recognize the new processor? Since I've had this laptop for four years through two moves, I cannot find my reboot disc. How would I go about getting a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
