Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
I need more info about the dryer. Does you dryer make any noise when the start button is pressed, if you can hear the motor turning then more than likely your belt is either after slipping off the drum or breaking. you should be able to access the belt either by the back of the macine or the top to see if the belt is broke or just after slipping. Another problem it could be is that the capacitor in your dryer could have blown. To test this you press start, open the door of the machine, spin the drum by hand and close the door before the drum comes to a stop, if the drum continues to rotate after you close the door then you know it is the capacitor that is blown, this needs to be replaced either by an electrician or a specialist as it is possibe to connect the capacitor wrong and the result would be the capacitor exploding damaging your hand. Always plug out the machine before opening the top or back of the machine....

Unless you look underneath it will not be easy to confirm but please check the following.:
1. check if the motor has failed, the housing has come off.
2. checckif the belts have failed and brought it off the pulley.
3. check if the main spindle , pulley has come off from the main shaft.
4.check if theere is any foreign material struck in between the tub and outer cover. Checking with manually must confirm.
5. check aftert he above had been looked into to see if any other issues are visible or audible.
Hope these tips helps.

"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:
1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
To check the drain pump, click on the following link for step-by-step instructions.
If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. If your washer doesn't drain or spin, you may read and learn what parts may cause this. First, you will want to check your water pump. You need to make sure it is working. Make sure you check the belt on the pump. Make sure it is not broken or loose. Also, make sure your pulley is not stuck in place. Sometimes, they will stick or barely turn at all. If this is the case, you will need to replace it. If the pump, pulley, and belt are working, make sure your motor is working. You should be able to hear it if it is. If it isn't, check your lid switch. The lid switch can cause the motor to not work. It may need adjusted. If not, go ahead and change it. A bad lid switch may cause the washer to not work at all. Now, if your pump is pumping and the washer still won't spin, you will want to check your belt and clutch. Once again, the belt may be broke or loose. Check to make sure your clutch is not worn also. This may be a case of a bad lid switch again as well. You could have a bad drive motor. This is what controls spinning, draining, and agitation. You could have a broken motor coupler. Over time, they will go bad and need replaced. It is possible that your transmission is slipping or damaged. And lastly, you could have a bad basket drive or spin bearing. This is what allows the inner tub to move. If this is the case, you will probably hear loud sounds or loud banging.

SOURCE: user guid for whirlpool washing
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, this forum is not able to supply any type of manual, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
