SOURCE: i use windows 7 operating system on lenova ideapad

It is easy to use and you do not have to change the settings for it to do its job, it can adapt its charge in the Dell Inspiron 6000 battery, it is re-fueling and, once the battery is full, this is converted into a pulse charge.

SOURCE: WEB CAM IS NOT WORKING

Hi satyadevbujj,

Based on concern, Y510 camera driver for Windows 7 is not yet released based on Lenovo's support download site. Hence, you still can try updating the camera using the windows vista camera driver. Just go to this link.

--> after downloading, install the driver then restart your computer.

Hope it helps,

Thank you for using FixYa.

One key rescue system, you need a pdf reader to read the file, no 560p available model, please backup your files before doing that on a external support.

SOURCE: My Lenovo ideapad z565 with Windows 7 does not

For you to perform One Key Recovery, it is done by pressing the OKR button next to power button when the computer is off..(OKR or One key recovery is a very small button usually next/ near the power button that has an inverted U-shaped arrow and usually, some models, the color is orange button)..Select "One key recovery" from the options and next, select "Restore from Initial Back up" after that, you may select "start" to perform OKR..
Just in case OKR button is no longer working, you may ask for the recovery CD's from lenovo to manually install windows.

Factory reset my lenovo y510 when forgotwindows password

If its running Windows 8 the login might be linked to a microsoft account. from another computer login or reset your password to that account and try logging back into the laptop (as long as it has an active internet connection) If its windows 7 or older you might need to find a Live repair disk (ERD or Hiron's boot cd or something along those lines that has a password recovery tool incorperated)

Worst case you would need the windows installation disk or restore disks that came with the laptop

Lonovo ideapad tuns on but doesnt work

You turn on but it won't boot to your OS? or powers on (i.e LED power light comes on) but you get no display at all, not even Lenovo logo?

If it's not booting try booting from your windows CD/DVD and running a start up repair. This is a guide for Windows 7 but should be very similar process for Windows Vista.
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ss/windows-7-startup-repair.htm

If you get no display at all (Not even a Lenovo splash screen) and just lights, try popping your battery out and power the system up on mains only. If this works, pop your battery back in, it should be begin to charge. You laptop should continue to work from now on. This is a problem that occurs from time to time on any laptop and is cleared this way.
If removing the battery doesn't work I would try removing/re-seating/swapping out RAM.

Let me know how it goes, I may be able to help further.

How to format lenovo ideapad s300 in windows 7,help pls

You need a Windows 7 installation disc. Or a bootable USB thumb drive with the Windows 7 ISO on it. Hit the delete key as soon as you turn on the laptop (or whatever key needed to enter the BIOS). Change the boot order to boot off of the disc or thumb drive.

Help how to format lenovo ideapad s300 in windows 7

If you want to format your entire hard drive (and reinstall windows) You'll need to insert the appropriate windows disk. If you want to reinstall 7, insert your windows 7 disk and boot off of the disk (When booting, it should start by showing a screen that says "Press any key to boot from CD..." and you can just press a key on your keyboard. From there, follow the on screen instuctions. When you get to the drive partitioning step, select your hard drive and partition you want to format. You can delete the partition you have and make a new one if you want to totally clean the computer (WARNING: This will literally delete everything on your computer. Everything). From there you continue and finish the setup (it may run for a while). And you have a fesh new hard drive and operating system install.

WINDOWS 8 PREVIEW INSTALLED ON LENOVO IDEAPAD AND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO TRYED TO RECOVER TO WINDOWS 7 BUT NOT WROKING!!!!

You will need a separate recovery disk. Sounds like the recovery partition of your HDD got overwritten. Maybe you can create a windows WinPE (microsoft docs) and use that. This says what to do once you have a recovery disk.

Lenovo ideapad windows 7 slow to load and freezes

There are a number of possible reasons can cause your Lenovo ideapad laptop running slow than it used to, it is hard to identify just what might be dragging down its performance, let alone implement the necessary technical adjustments to fix it.

So if you want to address the issues more easily, I'll recommend you try a Lenovo speed up software, available here.

Over 10+ small utilities packed into one to help detect & fix all slowdowns in 1 click.

Hi!
The recovery partition of you Ideapad Y550 was deleted when you reinstalled OS. You can call lenovo and ask if there is a disc that can reinstall the machine back to its original factory settings that can restore the One key recovery function of your Ideapad Y550.

My lenovo ideapad Y510 is not able to start windows vista which was preloaded into it when purchased.as soon as it is switched on, fan start running and it gets shut down after sometime without starting...

This sounds like a problem with the operating system. The best way I know to fix this is to wipe the old operating system off and install windows 7 with a full install disc.

Windows 7 Home Premium is more stable and faster than Vista ever was, but will cost $199.99 or so for the full version, or if it's possible to install with the upgrade, $119.99 or so from Microsoft.com.

If your Vista could be started, you could theoretically go to the recovery console and 'recover' it or go to help-> restore and restore to an earlier date where the computer wasn't malfunctioning. However, these options aren't available if you cannot even start windows.
