My trio stealth 10.1 won't turn on but when i put it on charger its stuck on android

Maybe do a soft reset. A soft reset does the task of resetting various internal adjustments to a default. It does not usually erase from memory your saved this-and-that.

You are on your own. Using the actual manual is your best advice. You can find manuals available for free online, usually from the device's manufacturer.

That's all I got.

What wrong with a tablet when everything is backwards

Try a reset. There is a reset pinhole on most tablets to do this.
Check your manual if you have one or try to find one online.

You open a paperclip and put it into the reset hole and push gently. This will cause it to shut down and reset to factory default.

Something is wrong with your operating system to cause that.

.

You will lose any data or apps you might have saved.

How to reset Pandigital 7 in. Planet Tablet to factory settings?

There are two ways to do it. You can either update the firmware and it will erase everything for you, or you can do a factory reset, and return to factory settings. Go to Settings, PDN settings (not the Android settings menu) and scroll right to the Reset Defaults location. Tap on the reset button and you will be taken back to factory default settings. It might take a while to reload, but after everything it will be back to factory defaults from when you first bought it. Updating the firmware might be your best option if you care to resell it, because it may cause less issues for the next person and less chance of any returns.
