SOURCE: SanDisk 8GB SDHC card cannot be read by either computer or T-Mobile Dash phone.

Solution :

Put the card in your phone, link the phone to your pc and format the card through your pc. You should see two additional drives, one for your phones memory and one for your card. I had the same problem with my phone but it is now sorted !

SOURCE: sandisk sdhc card 4gb my camera says

Remove the SD card from the camera. Slide the tiny switch on the side of the card to its other "unlocked" position. Reinsert the card in the camera. But if you've already tried this, see this link for additional things that you can try.

SOURCE: i want recover my photos in my 4GB SDHC Sandisk Memory Card

Have you successfully restored all your photos back from this memory card yet?
If not, I think I can help you out.
Now, what you can do is really simple:
Step1. Stop using this memory card in case that any new file would rewrite your original photos.
Step2. Insert this memory card to your computer and prepare to restore your photos.
Step3. Download a photo recovery freeware to your computer and start to retrieve all your photos back:
http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/02/photo-recovery.html
In fact, this freeware has ever successfully saved all the inaccessible data of my friend off from his camera. So, I believe it can also work successfully on your camera memory card, too.
Simply read more information of this freeware here:
http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/04/data-recovery.html
Step4. Save and back up all the restored photos on a different memory card or drive in case of data recovery failure.
Note: Next time, you'd better back up all your important photos on different memory cards or drives in case of the similar data recovery problems.

My computer wont read my sdhc 4g sandisk card

Not all card readers, devices and computers can read the high capacity format, however. If you are getting a read error, it could be that your reader is not SDHC compliant. If this is the case, your device should read 2GB or smaller cards, but respond with an error for larger capacity cards.

It will not format a 4gb SanDisk SD card

Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card. The DX6490 works with SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to go with SD cards 2GB and smaller.

I want to get rid of all the pictures on my SanDisk SDHC memory card. How can I do that?

Make sure it's not write protect enabled, insert it into the computer, and open "My Computer" (assuming you're using Windows previous to Vista).

Right click the drive icon that represents your SDHC, and click "format". If given any options, select "quick format" and click OK.

Within a minute or so, they're all gone.

If you want to keep ANY files on the card, and you just want to get rid of .jpg images, or whatever, you can perform a search on that drive for "*.jpg" exactly like that without the quotes. Once you've done that, it will find all those files, then you can right click and "select all", then right click again and "delete".
