My hitachi miter saw started to buzz when plugged in. It's seems to work normal when trigger is pulled but starts to smoke when I release the trigger. Bushing poor good. I have no idea what is wrong?

have it investigated by an appliance repair shop
the system is this
plug in --no noise
pull trigger -- blade spins and makes running noise
release trigger and blade stops -- no noise
anything else indicates a serious problem with the unit especially if it is smoking.

Why my 14.4 ey7440ln2s will not work when you pull the trigger. if you remove the battery then replace let works ok.Then if i take my finger off the trigger for longer than 10 seconds i have to repeat the...

The pcb control can maybe defect ,when there are 2 flashing leds on the frontside of the battery holder.
If the tool was made before 2008 there where splitting brushes they where made to soft, after this years there was a modification WEY7440L2307 a hard brushes assembly the tool may have for 10 years warranty if there where hidden defects if youre machine was made before 2008 , the dealer must know about that problem. PANASONIC have mostly hidden defects and modifications on brushes or the brushless engines by other models.

STUCK TRIGGER

The I.R. 2135Ti or TiMAX has some known issues with the trigger o-ring (item# 22A) swelling, the throttle valve (item# 28D) bending or breaking, and the throttle valve seal (item# 28E) wearing out or deteriorating. Procedure wise you should not be able to remove the trigger without first removing the inlet bushing assembly (item# 26) the reason is that the reverse valve (item# 24) keeps the throttle valve from tipping forward and releasing the trigger, there is a slot for the stem of the throttle valve to slide into.
Follow this link to the parts list:
http://manualarchive.ingersollrandproducts.com/ir_pdfs/Tools/Vehicle%20Service%20Tools/Air%20Impact%20Tools/45534070_ed3.pdf
When reassembling the tool first install the inlet bushing assembly and then install the trigger, make sure to lube the o-ring before inserting.

Feeder motor on hh135 works fine with constant trigger pull but slows to stop when you work trigger

Check the wire feed does not become obstructed when the trigger is pulsed. The wire can become tangled on the roll if it is able to get loose. The reel tension must be adjusted as the weight of the roll decreases.

Panasonic EY7540 impact driver. Does not go into reverse on 1st

The forward/ reverse switch is hanging up and the rotation of the drill is switching it, then it changes direction. The switch needs a little TLC and a good cleaning. Blow it out.

Steamvac will not stop dispensing cleaner. Once I pull the trigger it starts to dispence liquid and will not stop even when I release the trigger.

This sounds like a faulty solenoid that may be intermittantly working. I would take it to a repair shop for evalualtion
