The motherboard detected movement or the computer casing was opened whilst the pc was on.

check to see if the case is open of if the conacts are ok.if the problem persists you may have to turn off the feature in bios

SOURCE: Pc halted

Thier is a switch attached to the side of you case ans in the even that the side is open the switch stops the computer from operating. This is xcalled a Chassis Intrusion switch. You may just disconnect the switch. it is is not working correctly.

SOURCE: Chassis Intruded, Fatal Error.....System Halted

I'm not familiar with that particulat model, but I'd guess the motherboard has a chassis switch connector, and senses the chassis be open. Could be because: - chassis open (close it), - switch defect (as a workaround, you could short-circuit it, or just unplug it - whichever solution works for you). As another workaround, you can probably disable this switch in BIOS.

SOURCE: Chassis Intruded, Fatal Error...System Halted

you need to go into the bios of your pc.....usually pressing the delete key when you see the first logo screen after booting up....look for a section that relates to errors and what the bios is supposed to do when it encounters an error.
i.e if you see a line in the bios that says "halt on all errors" disable it and when you next boot up the bios will not stall.

Do you have the door on your computer case off? Just put it back on or go through your BIOS and find "halt on chassis intrusion" or something of that nature.

Can you access the bios? You should disable Chassis intrusion, I don't really see anyone needing it if it's just a home pc.
