SOURCE: Pro-Form Sport 1000 treadmill does not stop inclining

Do a Calibration on the treadmill. Take out the safety key. With 2 fingers, hold down the stop button and the speed up or spped plus button. keep holding them down as you insert the safety key, then let go of both.
Press the stop button 1 time, you should see all 0's in the windows, or EP 2P or something weird like that.
Press the Incline up button and then wait. If the incline go up until it stalls then down until it stalls the stops at the bottom, the you are recalibrated, take out the safery key and put it back in to see if all is well. If the incline takes off up again without touching a button, the you have wiring problems or control problems. Call service company to get it repaired.

Changing kilometer from mile on afg 7.1at treadmill

Hi there. I add the same problem as well. Below are the steps I used to fix my problem.

In order to switch your distance calculation between miles and kilometers, please follow these instructions:

  1. Turn on treadmill, put safety key in place
  2. Press and hold the INCLINE + and SPEED - keys for about five seconds or until machine beeps three times. En90 or Eng0 should appear.
  3. Use the SPEED + key to navigate to En93.
  4. Press ENTER once.
  5. Press START to choose unit (miles or km). The display will change accordingly.
    1. Miles: 0
    2. Km: 1
  6. Press and hold STOP or exit and replace the safety key to return to the normal start screen.

NOTE: To be sure that the treadmill is displaying your desired unit, simply press START and observe the first start speed to display. If it displays 1 or .5, it is in miles. If it displays .8 or 1.6, it is in kilometers. Also note that by changing in metrics the Lbs will also convert to Kg.

Hope this help.

Trademill 93tclassic shows the error motor controller bad on the screen,,,,please advice

hi,
You have to check the Driver circuit board for the motor. There is motor control IGBT Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) in this board .If the IGBT is short then the treadmill will not run or will run at high speed. . You have to check the OHMS between the seocnd and third of lead of the IGBT. If it shows less than 100 Ohms then the IGBT is short and you have to replace the same. Also you have to check the connection to the control pannel. Is there is any loose conatct. Remove the connection in the motor control board which go to the control pannel and reconnect it. Also check the speed sensor. In most of the treadmill you can find the speed sensor near the motor pully. Remove the speed sensor and clean it and the refix it. Remember one thing remove the power of the treadmill and leave it for 30 minutes then only oppen the treadmill. Because there is high voltage storage capacitors in the motor control board which will hold charge for some time even after the power is disconnected. i have added the picture of IGBT for your refference
